Following a decade of raids, arrests and trials, the Holy Land five received sentences ranging from 15 to 65 years.

Noor Elashi, daughter of Ghassan Elashi (one of the imprisoned Holy Land 5) &
John Cline, Elashi’s attorney, will speak about the outrageous case made against the five men of the Holy Land Five.

The Holy Land Five are founders of a charitable organization called the Holy Land Foundation, which was shut down in the anti-Arab aftermath of 9/11. In a case of blatant political repression and abuse of civil liberties, the Holy Land Five are all serving prison sentences because of their charity work. Learn more by visiting http://freedomtogive.com/ and by attending this exciting event. Noor Elashi will tell us background and updates about her father’s case, as well as read from her memoir.
